This place is so much more than a gift shop! Take your time and stroll the grounds while enjoying acres of nautical, maritime and lighthouse displays. There are outdoor displays of lifeboats, life rafts, skeletal range lights, marker buoys, and much more. Check out the Museum on Wheels, which features artifacts from Middle Island and check out a display of fog signal bells. The gift shop is open seven days a week from 10 am to 7 pm, May through December 23. Many nautical items, plus lake and lodge items, souveniers, candles and more. An ice cream shop offers hand-dipped cones and is open 12-10 pm daily Memorial Day through October 15.
