The Community Development Building is the home of the Alpena Area Chamber of Commerce, Alpena Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, Target Alpena EDC and the Alpena Downtown Development Authority. Open Monday thru Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Visitor Center in the reception area offers extensive area information.
