This new ice arena offers open skating, drop-in hockey, drop-in figure skating, recreational hockey leagues for men and women, concession stand, skate rental, skate sharpening and skate repair. There is also a rubberized walking track that is available during all hours the arena is open except during special events where a fee is charged. The arena is the site of special events like wrestling matches and concerts and is the home of the Alpena Ice Diggers, an NAHL Junior A Hockey Team.
